Returns & Refunds Policy
At crftd, every product is made with intention and inspected before it leaves us. Because of this, we have a limited return policy.
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- You received a wrong product (different from what you ordered)
- You received a damaged or defective product
We do not accept returns for size mismatch, change of mind, or any reason other than the above. Please choose your size carefully using our size guide before placing an order.
How to raise a return request
If your order qualifies, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at crftd.hello@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will not be able to process requests raised after 48 hours of delivery.
What happens next
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a courier pickup from your address at no cost to you. Please keep the item in its original packaging with tags intact.
Refunds
If the return is approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the product. Processing time may vary depending on your bank.
Non-returnable items
Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstance.
